Pittock Block - Portland, Oregon

Acquired with only a small fraction of the 300,000+ square feet occupied, the building was taken through an extensive rehab and leased up. The well publicized sub-basement, which had originally housed the water-driven turbines that generated electricity for the city became an additional development opportunity, and now hosts one of the largest carrier neutral telecom hubs in the country. Following the rehab The Pittock Block was named Building of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Oregon.

Second & Columbia Building - Seattle, Washington

Historic first headquarters for Seattle First National Bank at end of the 19th Century; this classic building with a distinctive domed glass ceiling was renovated as the new headquarters for two Seattle companies. The domed ceiling had been covered for decades, requiring skillful engineering to restore, meet modern energy codes and resolve acoustical issues. Even an exquisite sidewalk clock, which had been located in another part of the downtown area was acquired and installed as a part of the restoration of the site to its historical preeminence.

Skippers Building - Bellevue, Washington

Located on the previously undeveloped area bordering pre-Microsoft Redmond, Washington, this build-to-suit as a corporate headquarters was designed to fit the contours of the property along Highway 520 in a heavily wooded area. Taking advantage of the natural slope of the property a significant amount of parking was located under the building, leaving the natural beauty of the site undisturbed.

Bellevue City Building - Bellevue, Washington

One of two buildings constructed along the east side of Highway 405 in Bellevue where the local arterial narrows down, and then under the highway, this building, and its cousin to the North were designed as the entree into the commercial district of that portion of the city as motorists traveled from the South. Appearing as the prow of a ship cutting through the hillside, the City Building was designed to be an extension of the neighboring Leavitt Building, wrapped in glass with outdoor decks off of many of the office suites.
