Multi-family
Alexander Court Condos – Seattle, Washington
Unable to justify remodeling costs for this architecturally significant 1920's bungalow style apartment building located directly across from Seattle's Alki Beach Park, this project became the prototype for successful conversion of out-of-date residential buildings into cutting edge living spaces with considerable old-world charm. While retaining and renovating the complete façade of the original structure, the number of residential units was initially tripled and rented as luxury apartments and then converted to condos and immediately sold.

Pine Valley Farm – Spokane, Washington
This 256 unit apartment community was developed and built in a joint venture with The Wolff Company in 2010. Built on a unique, wooded site in central Spokane, the project is made up of 11 different buildings. The western theme, reflected in the clubhouse and other community amenities, has drawn attention as a sensitive reflection of the neighborhood and the tradition of the area.

Uptown Heights – Portland, Oregon
Unwilling to accept the notion that this significant parcel of property, perched above downtown Portland, Oregon, affording breathtaking views across downtown to Mt Hood was unbuildable, land planning and design took nearly two years for this residential project described as an “Italian Hilltown”. Extensive shoring of the land and the inclusion of the first known heated road designed to eliminate access issues during Portland’s icy winters allowed for the construction of 110 luxury residential units with views that were the envy of those unable to get in line quickly enough to secure a reservation.

Island View – Richland, Washington
The Class A apartment community located in the Tri-Cities area of Washington consists of 144 units in several separate buildings. The project enjoys adjacency to the park and river and includes a community center and pool for use by the residents.
