Tom Leavitt

Founded in 1979 by Seattle entrepreneur Tom Leavitt, Leavitt Capital Companies is a real estate investment firm. With a niche in acquiring underutilized properties and transforming them into a portfolio of profitable, high-quality projects, the firm organizes investment entities and acquires office, multi-family, industrial, warehouse/manufacturing, marina and hotel properties, and undeveloped land.

The firm has developed a reputation of being imaginative and clever in its use of property and successful ventures. Historically Leavitt Capital's geographic focus has been the Pacific Northwest, and more recently has expanded into Arizona and the Southwest. Many of the firm’s projects have become industry award winners.

Tom Leavitt, the sole principal of the firm is the President and Chief Executive Officer. Chief Operating Officer, Jim Edris oversees project management and leasing activities.
